About the Role: Kennel Aid / Assistant

As a Kennel Aid / Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of the pets entrusted to our care. This is a hands-on position that requires a caring attitude, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic. If you have at least one year of experience working with animals and a passion for providing exceptional care, we’d love to hear from you! No experience? That's OK! Key Responsibilities

• Provide daily care, feeding, and exercise for animals in our facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennels, cages, and surrounding areas.
• Monitor the health and behavior of animals, reporting any concerns to the veterinary team.
• Assist with handling animals during exams or treatments as needed.
• Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
• Support the team with additional tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: At least 1 year of experience working with animals in a professional setting.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Qualities: Compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to providing the best care for animals.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
